Great service from staff when I needed help to print things out before my flight. The room and bathroom were both clean whcih was nice to see. When I arrived at the hotel I was helped without any trouble and it was all clear and easy to understand. Will visit again.

Long trip days had a better ending because of Simran

Sidney extraordinary service having hard time to login in some website but Sidney helped me .had a nice chat was very nice good breakfast good people around the hotel.room was ok ‘helpful and tasty meals I have to visit again specially Sidney made our day

Vlada and Arabela at the reception desk was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel! Food was amazing as well :) you will never regret coming here as you will feel welcome, rooms was well cleaned and fresh smelling. Full information was provided at the check-out time by reception.

Shakeb welcomed me to the hotel after a long flight from San Francisco. I felt at home straight away . He explained the facilities of the hotel to me and I was quickly having an excellent coffee before going to my room The open reception / check in area had a great vibe and most welcoming with the facilities close by. What a welcome Thank you.
